Brett Phillips joined Voya Financial Advisors in 2013 to help clients achieve their retirement and financial planning goals by offering a wide range of financial products and services to individuals and business owners. By providing sound financial information and guidance, he believes you will be better able to identify your goals and make informed decisions to reach them.

Brett received his Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Kansas State University and the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation from the College for Financial Planning.  In 2017, he was named to the Voya Financial Honors Club as a National Top New Producer.  Brett is an Investment Advisor Representative and maintains the series 6, 63, and 65 securities registrations. He also holds Life, Health and Disability insurance licenses including the Long-Term Care certificate in the State of Texas.

Garrett Conliffe started with Brett in January 2024 to provide additional administative support our clients and has quickly become an essential part of the operation.  Garrett works closely with Brett to schedul appointments, prepare for client meetings, and ensure our processes run smooth for our clients.  

Garrett has an Associates Degree from Eastfield College and is currently worknong on his Bachelors of Business Adminstration from Western Governors University.
